Buffalo Style Cauliflower
Easy, quick hassle free vegetarian appetizer!

Ingredients
Cauliflower
: 1 head (chopped)
Flour
: 1-2 cups
water
: about 1 cups
salt
: 1 tsp
pepper
: 1 tsp
Franks Red Hot (or any hot sauce)
: 1/4 cup
Butter (optional)
: 1 tbs
Instructions
Step 1:
Grab a deep pan that will fit 3" of cooking oil.
Step 2:
Fill pan with your choice of cooking oil.
Step 3:
Heat oil to 350f.
Step 4:
While heating oil chop you head of cauliflower into bite size bites.
Step 5:
Mix flour and spices in a bowl
Step 6:
Whisk in half of the water to flour
Step 7:
Add more water into batter until you get a pancake batter like consistency. Should stick to the cauliflower but not be too think
Step 8:
Add cauliflower bits to the batter and mix around to coat well
Step 9:
You will want to use a spoon to retrieve bits to fry up
Step 10:
Drop a good amount into your oil leave space so they float.
Step 11:
Once they float use a straining ladle to slowly mix the oil to see if the batter is crispy/golden.
Step 12:
Remove when ready onto a plate with a layer of paper towels to drain.
Step 13:
Once all the cauliflower is fried grab another bowl and add franks red hot (if original add 1tbs of butter)
Step 14:
Once sauce has butter melted in (if using) add the fried bits
Step 15:
Mix with a spoon or toss if you got the skills.
Step 16:
Enjoy and serve with ranch or bleu cheese.
