Crispy potato bites

Diced, boil and bake for a crispy snack!

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 425f.
  2. Step 2: Peel and dice a medium russet potato (about 1 inch cube-ish)
  3. Step 3: In a pan with enough water to cover the diced potato add the baking soda. The baking soda will break the potato down a little more.
  4. Step 4: Boil for about 6 minutes or until fork tender.
  5. Step 5: Drain water or remove from water
  6. Step 6: In a container with a lid, place the cubed potato pieces and shake a few times. This will roughen up the potatoes for extra crispiness.
  7. Step 7: In the same container drizzle a little olive oil and add the spices (add whatever spices you want).
  8. Step 8: Place lid back on and shake a few times more to coat potatoes.
  9. Step 9: Spay a baking sheet with oil
  10. Step 10: Place the bites spaced out on the pan.
  11. Step 11: Cook for about 15-20 minutes at 425f
