Cooked with butter, some water and finished with sea salt!

Ingredients
broccoli: 1 head
butter: 2 tbs
sea salt: 1 tsp
water: 1/4 cup
Instructions
Step 1: Cut the broccoli off the main stem of the head. You will have some of the stem on the floret (the flower part)
Step 2: Cut those in half to keep an even size amongst them - so some may be cut smaller and some will not.
Step 3: In a medium high heated pan melt the 2 tbs of butter and sprinkle a little salt into it
Step 4: Toss the broccoli into the butter once the butter melts.
Step 5: add about 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover with a lid
Step 6: leave on until enough steam has accumulated turn heat down to medium-low
Step 7: let the steam cook the broccoli for about 5-7 minutes
Step 8: turn heat up so that the water starts to cook off more
Step 9: remove lid and watch your pad or it can burn, you can skip this step and drain off the water if you wish but i think the butter still sits in the water and it helps
Step 10: once done remove from heat and sprinkle sea salt over the brocolli
