Meat balls
Versatile, any ground meat will work. Try it out.

Ingredients
- Ground meat: 1 pound
- bread crumbs: 1/2 cups
- italian seasoning: 1 tbs
- grated paremsean: 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Step 1: If using a muffin tin preheat oven to 350f or use a pan to cook them in.
- Step 2: In a large enough mixing bowl place the ground meat in.
- Step 3: Add bread crumbs and ALL the spices and mix well with hands.
- Step 4: Roll into 2-3" balls
- Step 5: If using muffin tin place one in each tin and cook for 20 minutes
- Step 6: if cooking in a pan brown on each side then cover with a lid and cook through about minutes covered.
