Juicy tender pork dressed up with spices, fresh herbs.

Ingredients
pork tender loin (usually comes with two cuts): 1 package
olive oil : 1/3 cup
garlic powder: 2 tbs
paprika (optional): 4 tbs
Fresh or dried chopped rosemary: 4 tbs
garlic (minced or grated): 4 cloves
salt: 1 tbs
Instructions
Step 1: In a large bowl mix oil and spices omit or add any spice you want! Paprika adds a nice color
Step 2: Coat or or both of the pork tenderloins in the mixture and optionally let it set for 30 mins
Step 3: Preheat oven to 375°f
Step 4: In a deep roasting pan with a rack place the tenderloin on it
Step 5: Cook the pork for about 15 mins
Step 6: Remove after 15 mins and add foil over the pan carefully (oven mits will help you crease the foil around the pan edge - just enough so foil doesnt fall off))
Step 7: cook for another 15 minutes
Step 8: check temperature at this time. Thermometer should read 145.
Step 9: if temp is at least 145 shut oven off and let it rest for 5-10 minutes
Step 10: Remove and slice with a very sharp knife!
