
Chimmichurri (Argentina style)
This tangy spicy dressing is a great addition to proteins, salads, or as a dipping sauce to naan!

Ingredients
- olive oil : 1/4 cups
- garlic (minced or grated): 3 cloves
- red wine vinegar: 3 tbs
- sea salt (coarse is best): 1 tsp
- dried red chillis (if you have crushed red pepper this will do 1tsp): 2 whole
- finely chopped flat leaf parsley: 1/2 cup
- dried oregano: 1 tsp
Instructions
- Step 1: Add the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, oregano and chilis and stir together with a fork
- Step 2: Let this combo sit on the counter for a few minutes
- Step 3: Add the chopped parsley last and re stir the mixture.
- Step 4: Enjoy over any protein or use flat bread to dip into this! The longer it site the yummier it gets!
